Time Sharing Benefit Agreement
- 1. Benefit of marketing and rent out the property at the price (various
on the season and contract) 60 : 40 (Owner receive 60 and
Rabiang Dao Privilege Home Management Team receive 40)
- 2. During the construction time period after signing contract
agreement and money transferred , you are benefit to our complementary
as below :
2.1 1 bedrooms Chaiyapleuk Rabiang Dao Privilege Home
receive complementary single rooms of 4 night per contract
2.2 2 bedrooms Rajchapleuk Rabiang Dao Privilege Home
receive complementary single rooms of 6 night per contract.
- 3. A complementary of Privilege Card , use as accumulate point for
free accommodation and discount on food, beverage and activities
at Rabiang Dao Garden & Resort and Rabiang Rua Beach
Resort.
- 4. Benefit of 50% discount on normal rate (exclude breakfast and
not comply during long weekend or holiday).
- 5. Bedding and toilet amenities will be provided at time of check
in and clean up service must be paid at check out time.
